Mesa Verde Compute Campus

A 1,240-acre pad-ready campus positioned against an existing 345kV corridor, engineered for phased hyperscale delivery.

Placeholder story. Westex assembled Mesa Verde across four family-held tracts over eighteen months, resolving fragmented mineral ownership and a legacy pipeline easement that had stalled two prior buyers.

The site sits within two miles of an existing 345kV corridor, which allowed a substation position to be reserved before the acquisition even closed. Grading began the following quarter, and the first 320-acre phase was delivered as a compacted caliche pad with perimeter road and construction power.

Non-potable water is sourced from a permitted brackish well field on the southern boundary, sized for closed-loop cooling at full buildout.
